Eric Clapton’s “Old Sock” Due in March

Eric Clapton will release his 21st studio album, “Old Sock,” on March 12. The album will be his first release since 2010’s “Clapton.”

Old Sock” will feature two new originals – “Every Little” and “Gotta Get Over”– along with guest appearances by JJ Cale, Steve Linwood and Paul McCartney .

The album will  cover a variety of genres including rock, reggae and jazz. After the release of “Old Sock,” Clapton will start a U.S. tour set for spring, leading up to his Crossroads Guitar Festival at Madison Square Garden. The Crossroads Guitar Festival will include B.B. King, Buddy Guy, John Mayer and more.
