New Mixtape: K. Roosevelt – “RoseGold”
In what’s being dubbed its own version of a Frank Ocean/Channel Orange sound, Hit-Boy’s Surf Club partner and HS87 labelmate K. Roosevelt delivers this new very mellow yet brief freep titled RoseGold. With limited features, stemming only from Mibbs of Pac Div and Hit-Boy himself, the producer turned rapper turned singer gets very versatile with this creative effort. For those unfamiliar with Roosevelt, he’s helped produced some of the finest audio on the West Coast for artists ranging from your usual suspects of Dom Kennedy, Skeme, Casey Veggies, Jhene Aiko, and more.
