Don’t believe the hype: The Strokes aren’t working on an album just yet
Apparently Billboard is wrong.
According to the band’s management, a post made by Billboard Magazine regarding The Strokes‘ current plans was just, totally wrong.
The weird thing here is that the Billboard article is pretty specific- it describes the band recording at New York’s Electric Lady Studios, and being assisted in the studio by producer Gus Oberg. But apparently, all this is untrue. Looks like we’ll be waiting a bit longer for the next Strokes album.
