Samuel L Jackson to host BET Awards; Nominees Announced:

BET has released some big news concerning their 2012 Awards show, which goes down on July 1st in sunny Los Angeles.   Samuel L. Jackson, fresh off his role in the summer blockbuster Marvel’s The Avengers, has agreed to host the show, which will feature performances from Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, and more.  The network has also released its list of award nominees.  Kanye West leads the pack with 7 nominations, and Jay-Z, Drake, Lil Wayne, Brown, andJ.
