The Shins, who plan to release their new album, Port of Morrow next month and have already released “Simple Song” as the first single off the new album, have released a clip from “September” below.  This is the B-Side for “Simple Song” and perhaps a fair representation of what we  can expect from the band’s release next month.

Most of the lyrics can be seen in this video, with a track that is pretty typical of frontman, James Mercer–whispy background vocals coupled with somewhat mysterious yet poignant lyrics put this track on the map wither other songs from The Shins.
