By now, if you haven’t heard of Foster The People, or their breakout hit album, Torches you are in for a treat with this quirky new music video for their single, “Don’t Stop (Color On The Walls)”.

The new video features Precious star, Gabourey Sidibe, as a driver’s ed student.  As her driving instructor, Mark Foster, gets into the car wearing an obviously phony moustache, he proves to be a heisting criminal with a case full of cash.  The majority of the video then consists of a car chase, with band members Mark Pontius and Cubbie Fink playing the cops.

Evenutally, the car goes through buckets of paint, making it colorful.  Later still, Foster gives himself over to the cops, but first Gabourey gives him a major smooch, hits the police car, and drives off.

The indie rockin’ boys of Foster the People will be performing at Z100′s Jingle Ball this Friday night.  Maybe you’re lucky enough to have tickets?

What do you think of the new video?
