Let’s Move! “Move Your Body”! Watch video of First Lady Michelle Obama and Beyoncé getting kids active with their new flash dance workout. Beyonce premiered the official “Move Your Body” music video, which features reworked lyrics of her Swizz Beatz-produced banger, “Get Me Bodied”, last week. Earlier today, however, the two got moving with students in person. See The First Lady get down in D.C. below:
Michelle Obama Let’s Move! Flash Dance Workout
The Let’s Move! workout is a National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation initiative led by Mrs. Obama. NABEF is striving to combat childhood obesity with the campaign.
The First Lady said, “Beyoncé is one of my favorite performers on the planet. And when she agreed to remake her video and do this ‘Let’s Move’ flash workout, I was so excited, because this is what we’ve been talking about—that exercise and moving can be fun. It’s about dancing, it’s about moving.” Watch Beyoncé get busy with middle schoolers from P.S. 161 in Harlem below:
